Malika is a speaker, writer, and teacher. She brings people together in workshops and retreats to teach on restorative practices, human flourishing, and the sacred act of rest.
She holds degrees in International Law and Diplomacy, Conflict Resolution, and Practical Theology, and has studied at Tufts University Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Trinity College Dublin, Regent University, and Harvard Divinity School.
She has decades of experience working in non-profit management, conflict resolution, restorative justice, and ecumenical peacebuilding for individuals, organizations, teams, churches, and corporate Human Resource Departments.
